Hope Great Water is currently considered an out-of-network provider.  This means we are not associated with any insurances.

All fees are due at the time of service.  You may submit a receipt to your insurance to get reimbursed to the level your insurance company allows.

To facilitate payments, credit card information will be collected at intake and stored in your secure medical record file to be charged at the time of services.  The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.

Should you require help with payment plans, please reach out to us.

A discussion and comparison of Out-of-Network vs. In Network (insurance) is below.

Self-Pay

Choosing the self-pay option has you pay the full fee for the session at the time of the session.  Afterward, you may submit the receipt to your insurance company (if Hope Great Water is not a preferred provider for that insurance) as an out-of-network provider.  The insurance company may then reimburse you per their process and policy.

A sliding scale can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.  Limited sliding scale clients are accepted.

    • More money out of pocket

    • Have to follow-up with your insurance company for reimbursements

    • More flexibility in amount of sessions as it is not up to an insurance company to determine restrictions

    • More flexibility in interventions offered

    • Flexible Spending Account approved

    • No pre-authorization required

Insurance

Hope Great Water accepts INSURANCES.  If you choose to pay via your insurance, Hope Great Water will collect a copy of your insurance card and will charge your insurance for the session.  You will be responsible for the copay at the time of session.

    • Might need a pre-authorization which may slow down or delay services

    • Amount of sessions will be dictated by your insurance policy

    • Therapy requires a diagnosis

    • You may need to satisfy a deduction prior to insurance benefits beginning

    • Only your copay is due each session

    • You pay less overall

    • Copays are Flexible Spending Account eligible
